PDG's two-building hyperscale colocation campus in Saitama City, Greater Tokyo, has a reported ultimate IT capacity of 96 MW. Phase 1 launched on 24 April 2025; contemporary reporting described continuing Phase 1 fit-out and Phase 2 site preparation. DC2 assessment documentation describes a build in progress with estimated live services on 30 June 2028. The campus capacity should not be treated as fully commissioned operational power.
