Operational hyperscale colocation facility in Chiba New Town, Inzai City, serving the Tokyo market. Colt identifies it separately from Inzai 2 and 3 and describes it as the first facility in its Tokyo Inzai campus. Current operator materials report 8 MW IT capacity; a 2019 announcement reports 8.4 MW. Both exceed 5 MW, but the difference remains unreconciled.
