Microsoft cloud campus in Hepokorpi, Högnäs, Espoo, forming part of its Finland data-center region alongside Kirkkonummi and Vihti. Construction is underway, with further phases permitted. The 2024 EIA assessed approximately 173 MW of IT capacity across four buildings; subsequent permitting describes HEL16, HEL17 and HEL18 and approximately 60 MW of electrical capacity for HEL16. Initial operation is expected around 2027, subject to commissioning.
